JBGB’s is a full-service restaurant alongside a whole-animal butchery located in the Remington community of Baltimore City. The restaurant offers outdoor and indoor seating with full service, as well as an outdoor community fireplace. JBGB’s restaurant boasts New York style pizza out of our wood-burning brick oven, our beloved burger, and an ever changing menu of small plates and entrees. The shop specializes in whole animal butchery of grass-fed, grass-finished beef, and pasture-raised pork, lamb, and poultry. We also dry-age beef in house. Our butcher staff keeps the cases stocked with a rotating selection of house-made sausages, pates, breakfast and charcuterie meats, alongside an abundant variety of fresh cuts of sustainably raised beef, lamb, pork, and poultry. You will also find pantry items, local eggs and vegetables, provisions, Cunningham’s bread, baked goods, spirits, beer, and wine throughout our shop.
